These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Anvaya Vedic Sciences Pvt Ltd (Anvaya) governing your access to useanvaya.comand related services (the “Service”). Anvaya (useanvaya.com) is owned and operated by Anvaya Vedic Sciences Pvt Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, completing checkout, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Material changes will be posted here; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Anvaya is a life-intelligence platform for Vedic astrology. From birth data you supply, the Service computes sidereal charts, runs pramāṇa (proof against your lived experience), and generates personalized samhita readings, sambandha (two-chart) analyses, and chart-grounded samvāda answers. Included tools — Panchang, Sangati, Pravāha, Muhurta, and Janma Akshara — are described on our pricing and product pages.
Outputs may include AI-assisted prose that explains chart factors in plain language. The Service is built for personal reflection, self-understanding, and entertainment. It is not a substitute for professional advice.
Astrological readings, timing suggestions, compatibility analyses, and samvāda responses are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not medical, mental-health, psychological, legal, financial, investment, employment, or safety advice.
Do not rely on the Service for decisions about health, diagnosis, treatment, relationships, litigation, contracts, investments, or personal safety. Always consult qualified professionals for those matters. You assume full responsibility for how you interpret and act on any output.
You submit birth date, time, place, and related details for yourself and people you add (Parivara members,sambandhapartners, and others). You represent that you have permission to submit another person's data when you add them, and that the information is as accurate as you can provide.
Chart accuracy depends on the data you enter. Unknown or approximate birth times may produce wider timing bands; rectification features may be offered as a separate purchase. Review onboarding inputs carefully before generation starts — corrections after a samhita is generated may be limited or require paid rectification.
You retain ownership of factual inputs you provide. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, store, display, and generate derivative outputs from that data as needed to operate the Service (compute charts, generate readings, show family constellations, run sambandha, deliver samvāda, and similar features).
You may grant other users view access to a samhita you own, invite people to your parivara, or request access to charts held by family. You are responsible for permissions you grant and may revoke access in-product at any time. We process shared data only as needed to honour the permissions you configure.
Do not submit another person's birth data without their knowledge and consent where required by applicable law.
Paid features include samhita generation, sambandha SKUs, pramāṇa processing, question packs, samvāda credits, Muhurta reports, rectification, and similar one-time digital products described at checkout. Prices are shown before you pay; applicable taxes (including GST in India, where required) may be added at checkout or on your invoice.
Anvaya Vedic Sciences Pvt Ltd (Anvaya) operates the Anvaya platform at useanvaya.com. Dodo Payments is our Merchant of Record (MoR) — the legal seller at checkout, on your card or bank statement, and on statutory tax invoices.
Charges may appear as "Dodo Payments" or a similar descriptor on your statement, not necessarily as "Anvaya". We deliver the digital product; Dodo Payments collects payment, calculates and remits applicable taxes, issues statutory invoices, and processes approved payment-method refunds. We do not store full card numbers or UPI PINs.

Credits, bundles, founding-cohort grants, and promotional invites are described when issued. They have no cash value, are non-transferable unless we explicitly allow it, and may expire or change as described at grant time.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Digital readings are generally non-refundable once fulfillment has started for that SKU. Approved adjustments are generally issued as usage credits on your account rather than cash; payment-method reversals, when approved, are executed by Dodo Payments.
Some purchases include a limited number of included revision rounds (for example regenerating prose after pramāṇa updates or operator-approved fixes). The scope of included revisions is shown at purchase or in-product. Additional birth-time correction beyond included rounds may require a separate paid rectification SKU.
Abuse of revision paths (automated spam, bad-faith repeats) may be declined at our discretion.
Samvāda lets you ask questions answered from your saved birth chart and, when available, your completed samhita. Responses are generated automatically and may be preliminary when your samhita is still in progress. Question packs and per-turn limits are described at purchase.
Samvāda is subject to the same entertainment and non-advice disclaimers in §3. Do not use samvāda for urgent, high-stakes, or professional decisions.
The Service, Anvaya brand, software, methodology, design, and generated layout are owned by Anvaya Vedic Sciences Pvt Ltd or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use outputs for your account. You may download invoices and use outputs for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Feedback you submit may be used by us without restriction or compensation to improve the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.
You may request account deletion from Account settings. Deletion is subject to a grace period (typically seven days) before permanent erasure, as described in-product and in our Privacy Policy. Payment records may be anonymized and retained for tax and legal compliance.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, ERROR-FREE OUTPUTS, OR THAT INTERPRETATIONS WILL MATCH ANY PARTICULAR TRADITION, SCHOOL, OR PRACTITIONER. ASTROLOGICAL COMPUTATION AND AI-GENERATED TEXT MAY CONTAIN OMISSIONS, INACCURACIES, OR DIFFERENCES FROM OTHER SOFTWARE OR HUMAN READERS. PAST OR PRESENT CHART FACTORS DO NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE EVENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) INR 5,000 (OR LOCAL EQUIVALENT), UNLESS MANDATORY CONSUMER LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anvaya Vedic Sciences Pvt Ltd (Anvaya) and its affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of data without proper authorization.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence where applicable.
