What is a reading?
A reading is a finalized atlas for one natal chart: ephemeris positions, divisional charts, and sectioned interpretation after you complete the calibration battery. You can query it in chat within your included question quota.
How long does calibration take?
Most people finish the chart-derived calibration in one sitting — typically under 30 minutes. You can pause and return; progress is saved to your account.
What if my birth time is unknown?
Enter your best estimate and note the uncertainty during onboarding. The compute path still runs; calibration questions help narrow timing bands before the reading is finalized.
Refund policy
Refunds are handled case by case within 24 hours of purchase when eligibility applies. Contact support from your account email with your transaction reference. Charges are recorded in INR at checkout unless your payment profile selects otherwise.
